Meet Kyle and Allie

Introducing Kyle and Allie Fugatt, the visionary force behind Power Path Ventures. Their love story began in middle school igniting a bond that has only grown stronger with time. This power couple shares two beautiful children, Rileigh and Brayden, and have built a life filled with financial and time freedom through the lucrative world of short-term rentals.
Embarking on their real estate journey in 2019 with a mix of home renovations and long-term rentals, Kyle and Allie quickly found their passion for flipping properties. Their inaugural endeavor, a live-in flip, yielded remarkable success as they sold it for twice its initial value. This fueled their determination to continue flipping homes, and despite the challenges of the pandemic, they renovated and sold close to ten properties. Today, they are the team behind Cherokee Rose Homes and The Mallard Hotel, nestled in the serene Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia.
In 2021, a pivotal moment arrived for this enterprising couple when Allie stumbled upon the STR Secrets podcast. The wealth of insights and strategies shared on this platform propelled Kyle and Allie from conventional real estate ventures to the dynamic world of short-term rentals. Their journey reached new heights with the launch of their inaugural property in August 2021, following their enrollment in the STR Secrets program, setting the stage for an unstoppable wave of success.

With eighteen months of invaluable experience within the program, Kyle, a former electrical engineer, and Allie, a former high school teacher, made the bold decision to retire from their respective careers. Embracing full-time entrepreneurship as real estate investors, they embarked on a path fueled by passion, knowledge, and unwavering determination.

From spontaneous road trips across the US to embarking on wild escapades in far-off lands, Kyle and Allie are always up for a good time.
