Perched atop the hills overlooking Playa Guiones, this exquisite 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom luxury villa offers a serene haven to immerse yourself in the essence of Nosara. Just a brief drive from the vibrant beach break of Playa Guiones, you'll awaken to nature's gentle wake-up call and retire to the soothing hues of the evening sunset. Situated in one of the five Blue Zones, each corner of this villa exudes a tranquil energy that envelops you upon arrival.

The owners and designers of the home wanted to pay homage to the beautiful country and jungle of Costa Rica, specifically the Guanacaste Peninsula, by creating a luxurious experience with modern, clean finishes and sourcing all materials, furniture, and fixtures from around Costa Rica. Every piece of wood is local Guanacaste wood.  All lighting, cabinetry, art, and much more were hand-built and created in the area surrounding the property.
