Cancellation and Refund Policy
– For a cancellation made 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund less a 3.5% Processing Fee and $200 Penalty Fee
– No refund or credit will be offered for cancellations made within 60 days of the start of the program, no-shows or early departures
– For any incidentals or unforeseen circumstances we strongly suggest Traveler’s Insurance.
Airfare
Airfare is not included in the retreat cost.
- Nosara, Costa Rica: Liberia is the preferred airport to use.
Special Requests
-Special requests cannot be guaranteed – but we will do our best to meet your needs.
-For allergies and special dietary restrictions please notify us so that we can work to meet your needs.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which insures you against unforeseen sickness, injury, job loss, inclement weather, and more.
Extended Stay
We welcome each guest to take time before or after each retreat to expand their stay.
-Additional nights are at the expense of the guest.
